In the first court case and subsequent appeal BOTH the Judges completely IGNORED the crimes Ruby complained about so there was a serious ABUSE OF PROCESS, with ALL police and CPS officials LYING to the judges saying that my stalking complaint had been dealt with..it had NOT..it had been hidden and shoved under the carpet under CHERIE BLAIRS instructions!!
At Trials 2 and 3, Imran Khan, Lynton Orrett and Naeem Mian CONSPIRED with the met police and the CPS officials to completely MISLEAD and LIE to judge Baker and Quick making complete fools out of them and they bullied and blackmailed me into pleading guilty against my wishes threatening me that the judge would put me into a mental hospital that day if I refused to plead guilty !!

-Ruby Cooper was STALKED by a natwest clerk called Malcolm Mileham who was abusing the banks computers to get details of female clients to stalk of which Ruby Cooper was one. He broke the computer act and the data protection act and stalked her by pretending to be a customer services manager whilst SITTING ON THE BANKS PREMISES because he was NOT being supervised. Ensuring they are tied up in legal battles which are rigged anyway as corporations and governments will LEAN upon Judges, ensuring they are financially 'raped' and end up being financially destroyed. Ruby Cooper had to waste over £40,000 in legal fees because of Jeff Hartley's LIES to the police when he sent them on THREE wild goose chases using the police and the criminal justice system as a form of abuse and torture to harass her and destroy her life and piece of mind. Arrest 1: INNOCENT FEMALE CLIENT Ruby Cooper was being stalked by Malcolm Mileham who worked as a message taking clerk for natwest RBS. On phoning the banks customer services manager Jeff Hartley that Mileham was skulking/loitering with intent outside her house for the 3rd or 4th time, instead of dealing with it properly, Jeff Hartley made his secretary put in  a FALSE and PERJURED sec 9 witness statement to city police saying Ruby Cooper had called her being abusive on the phone, which was a LIE... She was falsely arrested but the case was dropped by city CPS when they realised they were being stitched up by Natwest RBS the CPS realised she was not being abusive or threatening she was seriously frightened and distressed and reacting as any normal woman would if under threat of being stalked!

Arrest 2: After waiting almost 3 -4 years for natwest to sort things out and say sorry and compensate Ruby Cooper for horrendous business losses caused by the banks customer services dept's bad behaviour she caused Ruby Cooper to become sick and ill with fear and PTSD. The collusion of Christopher Eadie who was BRIBED into writing a false banking ombudsman's report which is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE as he was out of his remit and his findings were FICTIOUS,  caused her to decide to personally visit the chairman at his home , Lord Robert Alexander of Weedon to request he resolved the problem with her and behave professionally and to advise him that Natwest's Customer services manager Jeff Hartley, the banking ombudsman Christopher Eadie and the Natwest Legal Dept, Robert Burnett were BREAKING THE LAW and Natwest was in BREACH of its LICENCE agreement by treating a customer like this.. He was not in. But his wife WAS!! On talking to his wife Lady Marie Alexander who told her she KNEW Ruby Cooper was telling the truth and the bank were behaving badly (she blamed the legal dept and Jeff Hartley) , days later Lady Marie Alexander went to a police station and put in a FALSE and PERJURED statement 9 saying that Ruby Cooper had threatened to burn her house down if the bank didn't give her a mortgage WHICH WAS A DOWNRIGHT LIE...RUBY COOPER WAS ASKING FOR COMPENSATION OF LOSSES CAUSED TO HER BUSINESS BY THE BANKS BEHAVIOUR AND THE LIES THEY TOLD THE THE POLICE CAUSING HER UNTOLD STRESS AND ANXIETY ENSURING SHE WAS SO DEBILITATED WITH FEAR SHE COULD NOT WORK PROPERLY)  
There was a 5 day trial where Ruby Cooper was ACQUITTED unanimously within 15 MINS ...EVERY NEWSPAPER AND JUDGE WAS GIVEN THE WRONG INFORMATION AND LIED TO AND THIS WAS DONE DELIBERATELY BY NATWEST PR AND LEGAL DEPTS TO DESTROY HER BUSINESS AND GOOD NAME PUBLICALLY. Not one newspaper gave the right story as Natwest's pr dept had deliberately released a false PR release to all newspaper prior to the trial. The Banks MALICIOUS and DECEITFUL PR release falsely accusing her caused her to loose half her client base overnight due to the bad publicity at the time

Ruby was also a committee Member of the Institute of Directors and the fallout was harrowing and extreme as Natwest LIED and PERJURED themselves by falsely stating Ruby cooper was turned down for a mortgage which she was NOT (proof attached in menu)...
RUBY COOPERS COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT BEING STALKED, THREATENED AND BLACKMAILED BY NATWEST STAFF AND BEING FALSELY ARRESTED BY THEIR SEC 9 STATEMENTS AND THE HORRENDOUS EFFECTS THAT HAD ON HER HEALTH AND BUSINESS AND HER LIFE...the bank refused to stop its campaign of HATE and the end result was over the next few years Ruby Coopers business was successful BUT she lost over a million pounds worth of business by having her time wasted by the banks staff and the way the police and CPS covered the banks staffs back and lost many key clients due to the bad press.
Most legal firm's would get involved causing losses of over £40,000 in legal fees, many cited that they refused to deal with Natwest legal as they were malicious and deceitful !

Arrest 3. After this Sir David Rowland took over being chairman and Lord Alexander retired. Ruby Cooper and Sir David Rowland had a few phone conversations about her case and instead of resolving it as he had promised to do, Sir David Rowland then started to IGNORE her calls. She left 11 messages on his voicemail over a period of 6 months which he taped.
The tapes were TAMPERED with making it look as if she was a nutter calling him and being angry for NO reason...all her words about the stalking and his bad behaviour were WIPED off and she was FALSELY arrested and prosecuted. Sir David Rowland LIED and PERJURED himself and there was a horrendous abuse of process where the crimes committed AGAINST Ruby Cooper were omitted by the CPS and she was WRONGLY found guilty, by the CPS, Police ignoring DUE PROCESS and SUPPRESSING her real complaint and LYING to the Judges.

She appealed ...but found out too late that the Judge was a friend of Lord Robert Alexander and his wife and he PERVERTED JUSTICE through the whole trial COVERING the PERJURY of both Lady Marie Alexander and Sir David Rowland and his wife Diana Rowland who had both PERJURED themselves and misled the police and judges and cps.....and Ruby Cooper lost though she should have won...the PR dept at the Natwest RBS bank DELIBERATELY misled all Editors telling them she was angry about being turned down for a mortgage which was a LIE.(see menu for doc of mortgage on natwest paper!!) Sir David Rowland ADMITTED he was refusing to resolve the complaint because he did not want to admit the bank had done anything wrong or pay any compensation...he perjured himself repeatedly and Judge John Samuel's turned a BLIND EYE admitting he KNEW Ruby was telling the truth off the record.

SADISTIC,  MORALLY BANKRUPT and SPITEFUL RBS board of directors was written too BEFORE the appeal and was made aware that Sir David Rowland was LYING and had ALL THE PROOF ATTACHED TO THIS WEBSITE SENT TO THEM SO THEY KNEW SHE HAD BEEN FRAMED AND FITTED UP AND BRIBES TO NU LABOUR HAD GONE ON BUT STILL REFUSED TO ACT PREFERING RUBY COOPER TO HAVE HER LIFE, HER GOOD NAME AND HER BUSINESS DESTROYED RATHER THEN APOLOGISE AND PUT THINGS RIGHT !!

After this Ruby Cooper, complained and tried to have Lady Alexander and Sir David Rowland done for PERJURY by complaining to the PCA and DPS within the Met police.
On hearing she was trying to fight for justice, the two family's then conspired to get a family friends daughter Jemima Reynolds (whose mother works for Lady Diana Rowland)  to infiltrate her business premises and STEAL personal possessions such as KNIVES and her personal things with her DNA on to plant and make Ruby Cooper look dangerous and then have her falsely arrested again and this time sectioned or imprisoned falsely. One of the main REASONS Lady Alexander of Weedon wanted this done was because Ruby Cooper had written to Queen Elizabeth and forwarded the proof attached to this website of the perjury of Lady Marie Alexander of Weedon and Sir David Rowland and his wife and the culpability of Lord Robert Alexander (Deceased) who was FURIOUS at anyone challenging his authority... this was PURE REVENGE,MALICE AND SPITE By the Alexander's and the Rowland's BECAUSE RUBY COOPER HAD INFORMED QUEEN ELIZABETH OF THE ABUSE OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM AGAINST HER AS A WHISTLEBLOWER.

Arrest 3 AND 4: Again Ruby Cooper reported the crimes BUT again the police refused to help her and REFUSED for the umpteenth time to give her a crime number...in a state of absolute terror and fear as well as exasperation  Ruby Cooper lost her temper with fear and worry about being entrapped and stitched up again by being falsely accused of perhaps turning up with a knife etc THE ONLY WAY THE POLICE GAVE HER A CRIME NUMBER  WAS BECAUSE SHE PHONED COMM IAN BLAIRS OFFICE AND  THREATENED HIM AND SENT A COPY OF WHAT SHE HAD HAD TO DO TO GET A CRIME NUMBER TO THE PCA ....A day later, the PCA and DPS then arranged to give her a crime number BUT they falsely ARRESTED her two times more and prosecuted her FOR HARASSMENT by PERJURED sec 9 statements leaving out the horrific level of crimes she had been subjected to. The fact that the PCA and DPS of the met police were PERVERTING JUSTICE and ABUSING DUE PROCESS to criminalized her was deplorable. Hence after that Comm Ian Blair threatened her through her solicitors, to leave the country and she went to live in exile in the South of France for 6.5 years until nu labour were out of power...

At the trials she was FORCED to plead GUILTY against her wish by Imran Khans and Mike Mansfield team these being LYNTON ORRETT solicitor at Imran Khans and NAEEM MIAN barrister at Mike Mansfield's Tooks Court (who told her they had been bullied into ensuring NO crimes she had reported and the way she had been treated for 10 YEARS would NOT be bought to Judges Baker and Quicke's notice...so Judge Baker and Quick at Highbury Magistrates court were NEVER told the truth by her legal team who took money FRAUDULENTLY to represent her but who LIED and PERVERTED JUSTICE and MISLED THE JUDGES so ruby cooper would be found guilty in Ruby Coopers case she has TWO FALSE convictions caused by Imran Khan and Lynton Orretts criminal behaviour of misleading the judge and cps with the collusion of Mike Mansfield and Naeem Mian) THESE CRIMES WERE COMMITTED AGAINST HER AND CONSTITUTE SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENCES BY RBS/NATWEST AND THE MET AND CITY POLICE AND LONDON CPS. Ruby Cooper was BULLIED and THREATENED into pleading guilty against her wishes and she had to agree to leave the country or the judge would put her in prison or a mental hospital to get rid of the problem that day, and she would not go home for YEARS ...frightened by these threats Ruby Cooper had NO CHOICE but to agree to plead guilty and leave the UK at great loss to her.

The Betrayal - Accountability of the Crown Prosecution

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) had an opportunity to assert its independence in practice over miscarriage of justice cases. It is responsible for ensuring that only prosecutions that are appropriate for trial get to that stage. It has the discretion to refuse to prosecute or it can demand that the police conduct further research and gather more evidence.

It has to be aware of lines of inquiry that could undermine the prosecution case, such as a defence, but too often it exploits the obligation to its advantage. This should not be tolerated. Testing the truthfulness of a defence is one thing, but deceiving a jury and court can never be acceptable.

The British Home Office claims it cannot intervene in individual cases and, in any case, holds itself independent from police and refuses to be responsible for protecting the nation from crime and police corruption. Despite the fact that there are Ministers for Policing, none seems to want to hold police accountable for any reason whatsoever. There are MANY individual cases and it also refuses to acknowledge that fact.

Similarly, the Justice Committee, and every other government committee, ministerial department, oversight body, and quango in the UK cries out with the same cry:

“We have no mandate to intervene in individual cases”.

Meanwhile, the people are being raped by corruption. The crimes are NOT INDIVIDUAL, but these agencies turn a wilful blind eye to the fact that there is crime and corruption involving MANY INDIVIDUAL CASES ON A LARGE SCALE. The agencies themselves have established a ring of denial to prevent crime investigations, and to block the public. If the public persists, the government takes other measures, such as the Vexatious Litigant Act, Injunctions and the Mental Health Act to silence complainants and whistle blowers. Perfect for the mafia.

The Justice Committee, The Home Affairs Committee, The Committee for Standards in Public Life, and other committees are copied into this communication. Hopefully, they will get the message that cases reported to them, which they wilfully refuse to look at, are NOT INDIVIDUAL when taken as a whole, especially knowing that this communication is going to influential people worldwide, under separate cover.

We will continue to inform crime fighting agencies and governments outside the UK, WHO GENUINELY ARE CONCERNED to stop serious international organised crime, of the failings of the British government in meeting its obligations under international conventions to fight crime and corruption, until the police start recording and investigating white collar crimes reported to them.

The only Anti-Corruption Committee in the UK operates from the Department for Foreign Trade and Investment and – surprise, surprise – it has no mandate to investigate corruption WITHIN the UK. My, oh my,  we wonder why?

The Committee for Standards in Public Life, paid for by the taxpayers, appears to have no mandate to do anything at all, much less investigate or even advise government, and should, therefore be disbanded, and the government charged with misrepresentation and fraud. Some members of this committee are parliamentarians.

Parliament has no concept of the meaning of “conflict of interest”. None whatsoever.

One has to ask who the Home Office really works for. One might also ask “Who exactly is the UK mafia?”

Ruby Cooper is trying to bring in Ruby's Law where as they do in France ALL stalkers are sectioned and given help via counseling or medication immediately they are reported so they cannot make their victims lives a misery.

Ruby Cooper is a QUALIFIED psychologist herself, and also a victim of stalking and wants the Govt to understand that those who stalk are mentally ill and have obsessive behaviour patterns which can only be stopped by drugs. Those who have been victims of stalkers will 9 times out of 10 NEED help with counseling and anti anxiety drugs. She has campaigned for 18 YEARS for a stalking law and for appropriate drug treatment and the immediate sectioning of stalkers so they start therapy!

By sectioning the stalker and giving him the appropriate drug treatment as they do in France, this ensures they do not continue to harass their victims and will cut down on police time in constantly apprehending the stalker.
Ruby Coopers stalker Malcolm Mileham sat in Natwest offices constantly calling her over a period of approx 2-3 months pretending to be a customer services manager to groom her and to stalk her when in truth he was just a message taking clerk in the insurance dept. He went on to LIE to his work manager Peter Collins calling Ruby Cooper his friend and making up stories though he had NEVER MET HER IN REAL LIFE and was obviously delusional and in need of counseling and medication.

The HARRASSMENT LAW which was abused to criminalize ruby, has been written to be read SUBJECTIVELY but in court all lawyers and judges read it OBJECTIVELY ....therefore what is harassment to one judge/person is not to another and is seen as reasonable to another UNDER THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES.....this law needs to scrapped and rewritten so that IF there is a GENUINE REASON for the persons behaviour then they should NOT be prosecuted under the criminal act BUT should go to mediation...
Ruby Cooper suggests to the police and the justice secretary that there must be a mediation centre in all law courts so that police and courts time is NOT wasted and people are not criminalized so readily...in almost 99% of cases the part of this law "UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES" is NOT taken into account at any time...this means that this law has been misapplied for YEARS and most convictions are WRONG...
